Management Trainee/ Engineering Development Programme |

| THE VACANCY: |
- The European Engineering Development Programme consists of three 8-month assignments followed by two career moves over four years. The scheme is designed to provide graduates with a broad range of technical experience to give a sound knowledge base on which to build their engineering career.
- Graduates can expect to be involved in a diverse range of activities, from conceptual design and equipment specification, selection and construction through to plan commissioning and start up. Since new processes and constantly developed and improved, there are significant R&D opportunities.
- As owner/operator of process plants on a global scale, we offer challenging careers for engineers in the operation, maintenance and optimisation of process plants and associated delivery systems.
- The Engineering Development Programme is designed to help graduates achieve Chartered Engineer status within 5 years. The scheme is accredited by the Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and graduates are assigned a chartered engineer to mentor them through the programme.
- The candidates who join our Russia office will be expected to complete the first two to three years of their training in the European Head office in the UK before returning to join the Russian office. This will assist knowledge transfer between the technical teams in the UK and Russia.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: |
- Masters degree (MEng) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- No previous experience is necessary, however industrial experience gained during study would be beneficial.

KEY SKILLS
AND COMPETENCIES: |
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and also to take the initiative when working alone.
- International mobility. Candidates should be willing to travel and complete assignments within Europe (especially in the UK).
